Standard crimp coupler, length class 6D: crimp length L = 6×Ø of the rebar.
The straight LX-Press 6D crimp coupler joins two bars of the same diameter by cold hydraulic-press crimping, without thread cutting. Class 6D means a crimp zone of 6 bar diameters.
Working splices on site, including on cut and contaminated rebar where thread cannot be cut. Class 6D is used when a crimp zone of 6×Ø is required.
Sizes: 11. Ø is the spliced rebar diameter, length L = 6×Ø. The “from” price is incl. VAT and depends on volume — request the current price list, we reply the same day. For Ø12 and Ø14 the price is on request.

6D is the crimp-zone length: L = 6×Ø of the spliced rebar (Ø16 → 96 mm, Ø40 → 240 mm). A higher class means a longer crimp zone and higher joint capacity.
