Delivery methods

Carrier of the customer's choice — we work with any carrier the customer specifies, or recommend a trusted one based on the route and batch volume.
Pickup from the factory — Rostov-on-Don, Radiatorny lane, 9. Products can be picked up with your own transport as soon as the batch is ready.
Consolidated and direct freight — for small orders we arrange consolidated freight; for large projects, a direct truck matched to the installation schedule.

Paperwork

Contract and invoice for legal entities — we work under a supply contract, issue an invoice, and ship with a bill of lading (TORG-12 or UPD).
Document set with the cargo — GOST 34278-2024 compliance certificates and test reports are included with every shipment, so products clear incoming inspection and construction supervision without issues.

How much does delivery of couplers and rebar splices cost?

Delivery cost depends on batch volume, region and the chosen carrier — we calculate it individually and send it together with the price list. Pickup from the Rostov-on-Don factory is free of delivery charges.

Who pays the carrier?

The customer chooses the carrier and works with it directly, or we can recommend a trusted one. We hand the cargo over to the carrier under the terms agreed in the contract, so the customer controls the delivery cost and route.

Is there a minimum order for delivery?

There is no minimum amount or quantity. For small orders we arrange consolidated freight or a suitable carrier; for large projects we set up direct trucks and a delivery schedule matched to the installation schedule.

Which CIS countries do you ship to?

We ship to Belarus, Kazakhstan, Armenia and Kyrgyzstan. Customs specifics and lead times for a given route are confirmed when we process the request.
