A full cycle on our own equipment — from rebar preparation to marking and shipping of finished splices.

Production stages

• Rebar preparation — cutting to length and machining the bar end for the splice.
• Thread rolling — thread-rolling machines form an accurate cylindrical thread with no metal removal (without weakening the cross-section).
• Coupler manufacturing — turning and milling of the body of threaded, conical and transition couplers.
• Cold crimping — hydraulic machines crimp the couplers using mechanical rebar splicing technology.
• Laser marking — each coupler is marked with its type, size and the LOMAX brand.
• Quality control — sample tensile testing of joints, compliance with GOST 34278-2024.
• Shipping — assembling to the project specification and shipping across Russia and the CIS.
